Ghosts

      If only breathing is living then I see so many dead people around..walking, laughing and doing every possible thing to make others and themselves believe they really exist, capable of procreating even!!  And the interesting thing about all of them is, no one killed them; they killed themselves inspired by other dead people. In fact they are not even at peace with what is called  calm of  death. these are the people who hang between the completeness of Life and death...Ghost is a more appropriate word for them :) .  

      I see all kinds of Ghosts around me...good, bad, friendly, Ghosts with high morals and values,ambitious and hard working striving ghosts, tricky, manipulative, very impressive and attractive ghosts, motherly, fatherly, wifely, lovely, funny, idiotic,argumentative, repulsive,boastful, begging,depressed, miserable all kinds….haaaaa..& the irony is most of the Ghosts believe they are alive. 

      There is actually no difference between a God and a man with an heart of innocence and free spirit...like all Children are...In a society of Ghosts..I see only children are alive...because when we are born we, we all are born with innocence of free spirits and that very beauty of free spirit made even the family of ghosts happy...thats Godliness!!

      These little Gods make Ghosts happy all the time..but I see ghosts will be ghosts always no matter what..they train their children in the art of  suppressing their spirits and over the years make them a fitting Ghost in a Ghostly society by trying to kill their souls sloooowly...And then the parent ghosts complain about  their kids who gave them happiness once, why giving all kinds of pain??  

Yes,he is supposed to..because now he has become a perfect ghost and similarly a ghost  wife, ghost husband or any relationship inside or outside family where we work. Those who did mastery in the art of suicide will teach suicide only, will convince suicide  by calling it Virtue, Values & Moral sacrifice and what not !! a ghost can never do justice nor can it give real happiness to anything or anyone.. let alone themselves. That's precisely what Ghost are like !! Happiness is God’s department the department of Love, Courage and free Spirit. I say no one can kill ones spirit they can only suppress it and behave with Ghostly wisdom of changing conveniences, Hypocracy!!  You can choose to refuse to buy my ideas but then so do I… I don't want to live like a miserable Ghost nor do I wish to die like one . Because literally its not  a matter of sorrow if a ghost dies..its like  this world which is supposed to be a happy place has got rid of one ghastly miserable ghost..and thats good!! I..But rarely do I see a lively man. I cry when a lively person dies…I wish the same Death...I yearn for the company of Gods who do not dwell their pride with the certificates of the ghostly institutions...I’ve got better values and things to take care of…

Wealth & Money

Wealth, as many may mistake it's not just money, it is something much 
more than money. A wealth is something that will stay with a man even 
if he is completely devoid of any money. So wealth is something no one 
can take away from a man unless the he himself loses it with his 
decisions or indecisions. 

             A Good and healthy physique, a mind with ever enthusiastic and healthy thoughts, a real good education that promotes harmony and cooperative growth in the society, one's proficiency at professional skills, courage to speak the truth, freedom of spirit; honesty, a charming personality, love, care & compassion for the less privileged, living with Parents and children with good health; a sense of humour with the ability to laugh heartily till the belly aches, peace of  relationship within the family, friends, workplace and society; availability of clean air and water all this is wealth!! And a man who loses this wealth can hardly enjoy his money!!  Saying so I dare not  to say money is bad or diminish the value money holds at every step and stage of human life in a civilized society. One should always strive honestly for earning decent money to the fullest of one's potential and professional capacity as it should fulfil not only the necessities and comforts of one's family but one as member of society everyone of us has the responsibility to take care of the people who cannot unfortunately take care of themselves. Its a brotherly responsibility as a fellow human being. In the want of money  one can still do good but little. 
      Money buys freedom and power to do whatever good or bad one wishes to do, like many things. It's just like a knife or say fire which can do both good or bad depending on the health and state of its handler's mind. Amassing money with unreasonable and dishonest means for selfish family luxury or earning less than one's capacity just to the contentment of one's family needs and comforts is irresponsible and regressive attitude towards money. 

     
            Happiness is Wealth and greatest of all properties a man can ever have and Money is the most  important  tool to makes sustenance of life possible.    - Dora

Hunger Race

I believe both men and women are born equal and physically women have more strength than men as in nature a female gives birth to a child. And it takes immense physical and mental strength to do that.  Only as an ancient agelong social structure since males have to go hunting and protect the family; because of the sport of hunting the male gender got stronger...and whoever is engaged in sports and physical exercises will be stronger irrespective of gender beliefs.  But by default women are stronger.

         
             To understand inequalities and injustices inflicted against Women, and before making it a gender based issue, one really needs to understand general human psychology. It's actually innate in the nature of humans, male or female,  to vie for power attention and domination. So putting it straight the people in a larger number who also happen to have larger access to power resources and muscle strength will almost always try to subjugate and overpower the minority lot.  Now the thing is  Minorities are made to live in fear by the majorities..same like few muslims living in a colony of orthodox Hindus or a family of Hindus living in a colony of Muslim fundamentalists. Or say 100 coins will carry more power than a single coin simple!! There is no issue if the people are educated in a right way to live in harmony with each other with no intention to overpower or harm the lot in less numbers. So its a simple Number issue than a Gender issue, a typical Gang or mob mentality in simpler terms. Men are bound to face the same issues if they happen to be in minor numbers tomorrow. 
        
           And educating the women and giving them financial access and freedom won't solve it fully but may even take the fight to a bitter power fight of egos because of agelong resentment and suppression on one hand and fear of losing the power hold on the other hand, if not addressed with a good and understanding heart. Women need to move out of their houses boldly in large numbers  and as an educator, as mother or sister have to take a stand and boycott, if necessary, their sons or brothers or husbands who do wrong to their wives or to anyone outside the family rather than supporting them blindly out of family sentiment of unity.  How many daughters really scold their mothers for expecting dowry from their brothers and how many do really feel bad about the female foeticide within the families. A women who supports her brother or son who doesn't behave well with his wife doesn't have any moral or ethical rights to cry foul when it comes to themselves. However a women has inflicted and encouraged no less pain on another woman than a similar man has. Everyone has to look within.      - Dora

 Future of Animation in India

         Animation as we see in India is still in nascent stages comparatively. As a lot of potential is still untapped by this particular art of motion picture making with virtual sets and characters.

Animation in India has a huge scope because of the social,cultural and geographical richness we inherit by default. Story telling through puppets shows and live drama has always been an inseparable part of our social culture since ages. We as Indians enjoy story telling, drama and entertainment probably more than anyone. And our oriental wisdom has always been eager exploring to convey emotion through different mediums be it dance, drama, art or by stretching the boundaries of imagination through epic narratives, folklore and mythological legends etc. And if we go by the current market trends and requirements the scope is still higher where we can tell a lot more to the world through this medium apart from catering to their needs as one of the most favorite outsourcing hub for the west.

          Lack of awareness and little exposure to this medium of movies are the reasons for some myths against this art. Parents generally are reluctant to send their children to learn this art as a professional career choice because of the apprehensions of stereotypical mindsets. The passionate hearts have always done exceptionally good in this field and is among one of the most satisfying jobs people can ever imagine where the entire world can see their works and credits. Asifa is doing great by conducting workshops and knowledge sharing sessions and events like International Animation Days. And I fondly remember when R&H came to city with their plans to set up a studio and showcased their works and makings. Awe inspiring it was!! So more and more studios and professionals participation will definitely make a difference to the industry. I'm quite hopeful of that :)

But then there are few challenges that if solved India can be the leader in Animation movie making. The challenges are that of training and Management of studio affairs in terms of finance and resource management. If more and more good professionals and studios come forward to extend their generic internships and share their expertise with the students and training colleges as part of their social and professional responsibility that would benefit the student and training community a lot at least as an inspiration and for their personal skills development.

        And the other problem is that of studio management where the Managers in charge of getting financial inputs from the clients needs to be professional enough while dealing with the clients and client indiscipline as they can not afford to play diplomatic, appeasing and loose as it will affect the financial health of the studio sooner or later and will encourage and perpetuate a bad and unhealthy culture which will reduce the art to a mere frustrating job, and then putting the young professionals in a dark corner by showing a crafty and manipulative dark picture of the beautiful art and career of Animation. That’s precisely what corruption is. It creates misconceptions and dilemmas. Nonetheless the future of Animation is bright and promising as India is a land of passionate young minds. A fair play on the part of managers and clients in any industry, is not the rule but the very necessity of survival and growth with dignity and strength for long.

     So I'd say Animation to me is personally a dream job and very very satisfying.

There is beauty in diversity but if Religion and Religious practices creates walls of misunderstanding and hatred between humans and blood shed then no religion is needed at all. Nothing can be bigger than the gift of Life.
